Psoriasis Video

Psoriasis is an itchy, red condition of the skin. The most common is scalp psoriasis. Psoriasis causes can be many, but traditional psoriasis treatment rarely is effective. Successful psoriasis treatment revolves around a psoriasis diet and natural supplements. The other forms of psoriasis are guttate, inverse, plaque and erythrodermic.

how do i get natural medicine?

@asktheholisticdoctor I’m 38 now and haven’t had dairy products since I was diagnosed with and allergy to them at 17. Diet has nothing to do with psoriasis, if anything studies say stress does it but they really have no idea.

Diet and supplements have absolutely nothing to do with it and I would be interested to see reputable reports where this claim is made. I eat a very clean and healthy diet and take very good care of myself and it has made no difference to my condition.

@asktheholisticdoctor –Hi doc. To elaborate on this subject of removing dairy from the diet—What timeframe for possible improvement after removing DAIRY?
    Thanks

I agree with holistic doctor; dairy is bad for anyone with psoriasis. I was experiencing joint pain and it was getting worse until my daughter told me to eliminate all dairy. I noticed the difference after about 3 days. I rarely have any pain at all now. Dairy is very inflammatory for people with psoriasis and there are many people who don’t realize that dairy is a culprit of some of their health problems.

People are experiencing allergies, asthma, psoriasis, etc. at a much earlier age then ever before. It’s thought that children and people who are in their 20′s, 30′s, 40′s, were exposed to toxins, irritants and carcinogens, at a much earlier age, thereby making them much more susceptible to certain disorders. There are children with more types of lethal cancers then previously. Technology & manufacturing is a wonderful thing but it’s slowing killing us all. Some faster than others.

Autoimmune disorders run in my family. There are at least 5 relatives in my family who suffer with Psoriasis and Hypothyroidism (low thyroid). I have Psoriasis only mildly, but my daughter has it much worse. My daughter finally has Psoriasis under control & that is only by living on a gluten & dairy free diet. She also learned that tomatoes, sauce & peppers were also causing major flare-ups. Very discouraging at first, but she’s adapted. She still has it bad on her feet though.

I had psoriasis for like 9 years but luckily I managed to get rid of it just last year following the guide from PsoriasisFreeInDays, C0M. I’m really happy now so yeah I highly recommend this guide to anyone.

those are both anti-fungals and I do not believe that psoriasis is related to fungus on the skin. Did you actually have a psoriasis diagnosis?

  • gledalac1979

yeah , I used Dovobet , it was good while it lasted and my skin was smooth like a baby however it came back on the forehead and it was a little expensive. But I also found out that Dovobet was made from vitamin D derivatives so now I will be taking loads of vitamin D which is much cheaper anyways.

I have the scalp version of this Psoriasis, it sucks but my advice for guys is 1st, keep your hair as short as possible, the one thing I dont do, 2nd, get out in the sun, dont wear a hat while outdoors, also something I tend to forget about, the hat. 3rd thing is, dont let it get you down…… I dont, and am married, never stopped me from doing anything…..

  • navylaks2
